Marin Dream House Raffle Proves Early Bird Gets the Worm

Last month, Community Action Marin, one of Northern California’s largest social service providers, launched its 3rd Annual Dream House Raffle, giving anyone the chance to win a gorgeous, $2 million home in Larkspur, California. Today, they announced 3 more chances to win big in their first round of Early Bird Drawings (http://www.marinraffle.com/EarlyBird.aspx) – people purchasing a raffle ticket between Monday, September 28 and Friday, October 2 will be eligible to win cash prizes of $5,000, $10,000, or $25,000. All ticket sales support Community Action Marin in its continued efforts to meet the needs of low income individuals, families, and children in Marin County.

For the price of a $150 raffle ticket, anyone can own the beautiful and spacious home overlooking the San Francisco Bay – three-level, 3,200 square feet, complete with three large, luxurious bedrooms, three bathrooms. Surrounded by lush landscaping, the open floor plan includes wrap-around views of Mt. Tamalpais and the Bay, and features a private elevator, gourmet kitchen with Viking appliances, White Oak hardwood floors, crown molding, an outdoor terrace, and much more.
