I was curious to review Nielsen Massey Vanillas Madagascar Bourbon Pure Vanilla Extract as I have never used Pure Vanilla Extract before. As far as I know we have always used the cheaper imitation vanilla. Gasp!
I can't wait to try all the recipes that include the Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla from the A Century of Flavor cookbook by Nielsen Massey Vanillas!
Some of the recipes that include the Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla are: Spa Salad with Almond Vinaigrette, Fresh Basil-Tomato Soup with Vanilla, Filet Mignon with Vanilla Wine Sauce, and the Savory Pork Tenderloin. 
As you can see Pure Vanilla Extract isn't just for dessert recipes!
