Rosarita Review!

Since the 1940's, Rosarita has offered authentic Mexican-style refried beans and become the number one selling brand in the United States. Now, with the addition of a salsa line, families can enjoy three authentic flavors that range from mild to hot- Mild Salsa Mexicana, Medium Salsa Verde and Hot Salsa Taquera.

How many times have you pulled together the same ho-hum dish for dinner at the last minute?  I know I have been guilty of that! Rosarita Salsa added as a topping or ingredient, jazzes up any old boring meal. Made in Mexico using the best ingredients, Rosarita comes in three distinct and flavorful varieties and not only makes a great addition to authentic Mexican favorites, but also adds pizzazz to the standard hamburger and hotdog. It also proves a great snack with tortilla chips to tide hungry kids over until dinner.

One of my favorite easy dinners to make for my family is boneless chicken breast combined with Salsa Verde in the crock-pot.  When I get home from work to find the meal cooked, I shred the chicken for our favorite tortillas and add whatever veggies I find in the refrigerator.

Try it for yourself. Follow these easy directions and use Rosarita Salsa to create flavorful, authentic dishes for your friends and family.

I was so excited to participate in Mom Central's Rosarita blog tour! I was sent samples of all 3 salsas, Mild Salsa Mexicana, Medium Salsa Verde, and Hot Salsa Taquera. I first tried the Hot Salsa Taquera when I made chicken tacos a few nights ago. I put some chicken, cheese and the salsa in a corn tortilla, and it was delicious! The hot Salsa Taquera has a smoky chipotle taste, and wasn't unbearably hot, just spicy. I also had the Salsa Taquera on the fish tacos I made last night! I then tried the Mild Salsa Mexicana with some tortilla chips. It was very tasty, I loved all the fresh veggies in it.

I haven't tried the medium Salsa Verde yet, but have some good ideas of what to use it with. I was thinking of making some enchiladas with verde sauce or a nice dip. You could mix the Salsa Verde with some sour cream, sounds delish!

The Bottom Line: Rosarita has authentic products at an affordable value. Pick some up today!
