Help for Parents - Martin Luther King Holiday next week!

With Martin Luther King holiday coming up next Monday, many parents are wondering what do with their kids while they’re at work.

Enter KidsPark – hourly child-care centers across the country that offer day, evening and weekend care for children ages 2-12.  KidsPark is open most days throughout the year and provide an easy, safe alternative for childcare without reservations. (Families register once and they’re set.)

The first Kidspark Center opened in Silicon Valley in 1988. For approximately $7.50 an hour, (less than you’d pay your babysitter) with convenient locations near downtown areas and malls, KidsPark is a lifesaver for one-off holidays whether you bring them for one hour or five.

Open from 8 am to 10 pm Monday through Thursday and until midnight on Friday and Saturday, KidsPark’s bright and friendly space welcomes kids in the community to come and play with other family friends, or make new friends.

KidsPark offers hands-on art projects, games and an ever-changing calendar of seasonal special events to keep the children entertained.

KidsPark has locations across the country including Arlington/Texas,
Jacksonville/FL, Scottsdale/AZ, Olathe/Kansas and in California – Chico,
Northridge, Corona, Fresno, Rocklin, Sacramento, and their pilot centers in
San Jose, CA. There are three additional locations opening in the first half of 2010.

Happy kids. Happy parents. It’s a win-win.

With the holidays here, many parents are wondering how they’re going to juggle shopping and parties, nonstop errands and baking plus a little “me” time while still keeping the kids happy. (Yikes!)

To the rescue—KidsPark national child-care centers that offer day, evening and weekend care for children ages 2-11. KidsPark is open almost every day of the year with locations across the country, and offer an easy and safe alternative to finding childcare without reservations. Families just register once, then they’re all set.

The first Kidspark opened in Silicon Valley in 1988 and the licensed facilities offer day, evening and weekend care for children at recession conscience prices. For approximately $7.50 an hour, (less than you’d pay your babysitter) with convenient locations near downtown areas and malls, KidsPark can be a lifesaver whether you bring them for 1 hour or 3, and also offer backup care when school is out of session during holiday breaks and one-off holidays during the school year.

Open from 8 am to 10 pm Monday through Thursday and until midnight on Friday and Saturday, KidsPark’s bright and friendly space welcomes kids in the community to come and play, and the parents some breathing room. And every Saturday night is a pajama party – movie and popcorn included. In addition, parents can use the facility for their kids Birthday parties throughout the year.
